Responsibilities:

1. Full scope HR activities from payroll, compliance, recruitment, coaching, retention, appraisals
2. Focus on culture and corporate values and teamwork building
3. Review C&B, HR policies/procedures, local compliance
4. Evaluate and introduce HRIS, payroll and respective system
5. Organizing staff activities and outings  
6. Understand employee needs and handle staffs complaints
7. Manpower planning and budgeting
8. Ad hoc projects from CEO

Requirements:

1. Good command of both written and spoken in English and Chinese.
2. Minimum 5 years’ relevant working experience (must have experience doing the complete payroll cycle)
3. Well versed in employment-related legislations such as Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, Employees’ Compensation Ordinance and other statutory required regulations and etc
4. Work Positive, Independent and with Passion
5. Excellent interpersonal skills to demonstrate as a good team player (fun and charm)
6. Multi-tasking, detail-minded, hardworking and responsible
7. Proficient in MS Office applications & Chinese Word Processing
