Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative and clerical duties
- Assists in ad-hoc projects / assignments
Requirements:
- DSE or above, preferably with administrative training
- 1-2 years relevant experience in administration and operations
- Good time management and able to multi-task to meet tight schedules
- Hardworking, self-disciplined, responsible, well-organised, detail-oriented and able to work independently
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent command of written & spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
- Proficient in MS Office.
- IMMEDIATELY AVAILABLE IS PREFERRED
