Duties:

1. Reporting to Managing Director - Investment Banking, you will play an integral part in managing an investment banking team that participates in US$ 3 billion in bond underwriting deals annually.

2. You will have exposure to the Debt Capital Markets business including preparation of pitch book, sales memo and other presentation materials, arranging investor meetings, roadshows, dealing with HK and PRC counsels in transaction-related matters.

3. Administrative duties including payroll, payables, compliance, expense approval and full set of bookkeeping for the workgroup.  This position is not purely investment banking track and will have a management and internal control component.

Requirement:

1.  A mature and responsible individual with at least 3 years’ experience in an accounting or admin function in Hong Kong, of which bookkeeping / accounting experience must be no less than 1 year.

2.  A self-starter who can work independently with minimum supervision, and a confident communicator who is great at building consensus and finding common ground.

3.  A degree from a reputable university.

Preferred but not required:

4.   Experience in a stock brokerage, accounting firm or investment bank.

5.   HKSI Paper 1 passed.
