• Implement CSR activities and liaise with various departments and charitable organisations
• Assist in preparing the ESG report and work with external vendors
• Draft, translate and edit the Group’s internal newsletters 
• Perform secretarial work and schedule business meetings for the Bank Culture and ESG working groups and Committees 
• Draft and prepare meeting documents and correspondence
• Assist in building and driving bank culture initiatives
• Provide other administrative support when required
• 2 years of relevant experience (preferably in listed companies) with a recognised degree in relevant disciplines, preferably in Social Sciences/ Journalism / Sustainability / Marketing or related disciplines
• Solid experience in organising CSR/ ESG initiatives
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Detail oriented, independent with strong sense of responsibility
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
