Our client is a top international securities firm and they are looking for a senior manager / associate director to join their financial reporting team.

Duties Coverage:

• Review the monthly management reports and annual report of legal entities
• Review and assist in the preparation of financial return (FRR)
• Assist the implementation of the regulatory reporting for new licensing requirements for Type 11 regulated activities
• Enhance and streamline internal control and routine processes
• Prepare any other ad hoc reports requested by management

 Requirements:

• Degree holder in Accountancy, Finance or related discipline
• At least 5 years of relevant hands-on finance experience gained from Big 4 companies, securities firms or sizable financial institutions
• Knowledge in SFC Liquid Capital calculation and FRR Return is required
• Familiar with HK accounting standards, securities and futures regulations and other related regulations
• Exposure to Oracle accounting software will be an advantage
• Good command of both written & spoken English and Cantonese
