Responsibilities:

• Assisting the team to perform a wide range of corporate finance activities including execution and documentation work.

Requirements:

• A recognized University Degree in accounting, finance or law.
• Candidate with CPA, Law or related professional qualification is preferred.
• One year or more experience in corporate finance, gained from financial institutions or professional firms, is preferred.
• Sound knowledge in financial analysis, feasibility study, HK Codes on Takeovers and Mergers and Rules Governing the Listing of Securities.
• Possess initiative and strong work ethics with the ability to work independently and under pressure.
• Strong analytical skills, strategic thinking and problem solving capabilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in the use of spreadsheets and presentation skills.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese, fluency in Mandarin Chinese is required.
