Responsibilities

• Drive the Insurance (ILAS and Life Insurance) and MPF business
• Familiarize with all Insurance (ILAS and MPF) and MPF (“Insurance”) products and related sales process available on the EBSHK platform and be aware of any information update from time to time
• Keep abreast of product and regulatory update so as to align sales direction with the company’s overall business strategy
• Help frontline staff familiarize with all product related information, sales process and regulatory requirement on selling Insurance business from time to time
• Assist frontline staff to enhance Insurance product selling and objection handling skills, and to accompany frontlines to attend client meetings when required
• Ensure all Insurance sales comply with internal control procedures and regulatory requirements

Requirements

• Degree holder preferably in Business or Economics
• 5 to 8 years’ related sales experience, mainly in Insurance business
• Holder of CIB License Type 1, 2, 3, 5 and SFC License Type 1, 4
• Sound knowledge in Insurance and MPF products
• Possess sales experience in other investment products such as Mutual Funds, Structured Products will be an advantage
• Basic skills in financial information system such as Bloomberg and MorningStar
• Good team player with leadership and influential skills
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Word and Excel
• Good command in spoken and written English and Putonghua
