Responsibilities:

• Source, screen and evaluate investment opportunities in Chinese/ overseas market
• Handling commercial analysis to validate investment impact on value creation
• Handling investment due diligence duties, and submit analysis and recommendations concerning risks in investments to executive management
• Review legal documents associated with project execution
• Liaise and cooperate with internal and external for project initiation
• Assist in ad hoc assignments and projects if necessary

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree holder or above in business/finance related disciplines
• At least 3-5 years’ experience, especially with experience in investment, leasing, business analysis
• Broad networks with related business partners and strong capability to develop new business/projects for the company
• Assertive with excellent interpersonal skills and confident in working with multiple business partners
• Acceptance of frequent business trips
• Proficient in both written and spoken English &Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
• Details-minded, self-motivated, independent, responsible, initiative and committed 
• Welcome candidate with Mainland background

• Immediate availability is preferred
