The Job:

• Provide a wide range of corporate finance services to clients including IPO, financial advisory on M&A, Listing Rules and / or Takeovers Code related transactions and capital raising exercises
• Responsible for assessing potential deals, developing new business and maintaining client relationships

Requirements:

We support local hire with solid relevant working experience in HK.

• Degree holder or above and / or with additional professional qualifications in Accountancy or Law
• At lease 3 years’ relevant experience preferably gained in the investment banking industry; candidates with Corporate Finance / Transaction Advisory experience gained at sizable audit firms will aslo be considered
• Qualified to be registered under SFC in relevant regulated activities
• Experience in Takeovers Code related transactions is preferred
• Good knowledge about financial market and corporate finance activities
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, fluency in Putonghua
