Responsibilities:

• Solid SWIFT operation knowledge and preferably with knowledge on payment, bills and banking.
• Respond and resolve SWIFT messaging enquiry from internal customers in a timely manner.
• Support system testing, ad-hoc projects, operations procedures reviewing and provide guidance and assistance to junior team members.
• A self-motivated, responsible, good inter-personal skills and able to work independently team player.
• Proactively to provide support during system problem for SWIFT message investigation.
• Report afternoon duty from 12pm to 9pm Monday to Friday.
• Able to work on HK holidays, typhoon and black rainstorm days with compensation.
• Cooperation and follow instruction from Team Lead.

Requirements:

• Secondary school graduate or above.
• Experience in SWIFT Operations, payment and bills preferred.
• 3 years or above working experience, banking experience preferred.
• Good communication skills both in spoken and written English.
