Responsibilities:

• Reporting to the head of settlement of Business operations, responsible for managing small projects and all business aspects of the requirements and analysis phase of larger projects;
• Drive business change initiatives, provide continuous improvement idea;
• Review and refine existing workflow and tools;
• Develop and implement test plans to ensure successful delivery of a project;
• Tackle ad-hoc issues and requests with the team and seek for solution;
• Communicate with IT, Business, Risk, Finance and Compliance on project and daily issues;
• Regularly meet up with IT project team and Operations stakeholder.

Requirement:

• University degree or equivalent professional education with 4-5 year’s relevant experience;
• Minimum 4 years of experience in securities and settlement related project;
• Knowledge and experience on Trade Settlement Life-Cycle for Hong Kong and Global Equities, Futures, Fixed Income, OTC derivatives;
• Knowledge and experience on commodities, KYC and Cash Management (optional);
• Experience in projects involving Settlement system, CTM, confirmation, CCASS, Swift, Client statement;
• Experience on iAsia iBoss, SharePoint, Clearstream, GMI, Lynx, S2B, NetX360 (optional);
• Experience and  knowledge or developing VBA especially Excel Macro;
• Experience and  knowledge on SQL and Oracle BI (Optional);
• Cultivate a team work environment within the department;
• Communicate with internal and external parties effectively;
• Able to lead and drive meeting with multiple stake holder;
• Good written and oral communication skills in Mandarin, Cantonese and English.
