The Job

• Communicate with various lines of business within HKT as well as external business partners to define system requirement and user journey  
• Coordinate with internal IT and external vendors  to define business process, product features and functions
• Assist in business requirement gathering and documentation, design product testing plan, execute user acceptance testing and conduct user training
• Generate reports and conduct analysis based on business data and results, and provide potential improvement actions and plans
• Reach out to business partners to understand business initiatives to prioritize the project tasks based on cost & benefit consideration
• Perform ad-hoc assignments

The Person

• Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology or related disciplines
• 3 to 5 years of working experience in project management, business process or system analysis
• Experience from mobile payment, financial services or telecom industries are preferred
• Know-how in business requirement collection, process review, data analysis and end user training.
• Logical thinking with analytical mindset
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Computer proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Word, Excel, knowledge of Access or Visio would be an advantage
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
