Responsibilities

• Supervise the operation of the payment’s transaction, inward and outward remittance via SWIFT/ RTGS;
• Provide telephone services to in-house departments and the customers;
• Conduct the compliance review of payments operation
• Check, release and authorize the inward and outward remittance transactions and documents.
• Check and approve the E-Banking Templates set up at E-Banking Platform and ORS System.
• Assist to handle the investigation items and enquirers over phone, by email and by Swift.

Requirements:

• Secondary education or above
• Preferably 3-6 years relevant experience in banking or financial industry
• Detail-minded and customer-oriented
• Independent and able to work under pressure
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
