Our Client, a PRC bank is now seeking high caliber candidates to join the team.

Responsibilities:  

• Assist the team head in reviewing and drafting non-standard credit and collateral documentation

Requirements: 

• University graduate,
• preferably with knowledge in relevant legal aspects (e.g. company law, contract law, banking)
• Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience in Loan Documentation
• Familiar with loan agency work and banking lending products, including trade / project / aircraft finance, syndication / bilateral loans, treasury products etc.,
  
• Knowledge in PRC laws and regulations an asset 
• Good command of English and Chinese, both spoken and written. Putonghua speaking is an advantage
