Job Description:

• Lead the team to perform card payment related operations, including merchant/customer onboarding, transactions maintenance, card issuing, reconciliation, reporting, exception handling and answering the query from different stakeholders
• Ensure all operational activities are in full compliance with both internal and external regulatory and compliance requirements
• Review, develop and streamline the operation workflows/procedures to maintain high quality and efficient services
• Participate and contribute to new initiatives and projects
• Provide training to the team
• Timely update the operational manuals and escalate abnormal situations/potential risks to supervisor
• Participate in risk mitigation exercises including KRI, RCSA and BCP
• Perform ad hoc task or new tasks assigned by supervisor
• Mange good working relationships with the team and internal/external partners to ensure a seamless process flow

Job Requirement:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business or related disciplines
• Minimum 10 years' experience in Cards/ Banking/ Payment Operations with minimum 5 years managerial experience
• Excellent negotiation, project management, interpersonal and communication skills
• A good team player, self-motivated and capable to work under pressure
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
