Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate detailed design and working drawings on development projects
- Clarify site queries and coordinate with consultants and contractors
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Interior Design or relevant discipline with 7 - 10 years’ experience including site supervision experience
- Well versed with relevant regulations in Mainland China
- A deep understanding of the characteristic of major fit out materials
- Strong in coordinating with consultants and contractors
- Experience in hotel or high end apartments would be advantageous
