Job Description
My client, a sizable listed Property Developer, is now looking for an outstanding talent:
Manager/Assistant Manager - Quantity Surveying
Responsibilities:
- Handling pre and post contract quantity surveying duties for the development projects and A&A Works
- Cost planning & budget preparation for the proposed new development & A&A projects
- Work with consultant and contractor for the project design
- Value engineering for various stages of property development, from pre tendering, tendering, construction to project completion and recommendation to senior management
Requirements:
- Degree or above in Quantity Surveying or related disciplines
- QS membership of HKIS/RICS is a plus
- 10 years or above relevant experience in property developer or contractor / consultant firm
- Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager
