Responsibilities:

• Responsible for developing the BIM model in façade / Curtain Wall projects
• Maintain BIM standard templates and object families library
• Communicate and coordinate with different parties in projects

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Structural Engineering/Building Services Engineering or equivalent 
• Minimum 4 years BIM modeling experience
• Experience in Façade and curtain wall industry is definitely an advantage 
• Familiar with Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks and other BIM software
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Immediate available is highly preferred
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as BIM Manager
