Job Description

Requirements:

  • University graduate or above
  • Minimum 3-4 years working experience in exhibition field / marketing / project / event management preferred;
  • Handle event applications and maintain effective communication with participants;
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including industry associations and vendors;
  • Ability to effectively manage and coordinate different works simultaneously;
  • Mature, hardworking, well-organised, self-motivated, independent, responsible, good communication skills and able to work under pressure;
  • Knowledge in using computer software including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing;
  • Fluency in Mandarin;
  • Willing to travel and work overtime;
  • Applicants with less experience will be considered as Executive Officer;
  • Immediate availability is preferred;
