Responsibilities:

• Support and monitoring Hong Kong projects including design, project administration, and construction management and other project related matters

• Assist in the liaison and collaboration with consultants and relevant government departments to achieve development objectives with particular emphasis in architectural works

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Architecture; HKIA/Registered Architect or equivalent

• PQE 5 years of post-chartered experience of which at least 2 years must be in project management from client sides

• Proven track record of Hong Kong local redevelopment, A&A and new building development projects

• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
