Responsibilities

• Provide art direction to meet our business objectives and strategies.
• Design and produce multimedia for creative projects.
• Proactively identify industry trends.
• Conceptualise new game ideas and product concept specification.
• Support other artists to improve technical skills.
• Illustrate games from concept through to the final product.

Requirements

• Degree in Graphic Design / Fine Arts; a related discipline; or equivalent professional experience.
• At least 8 years of relevant working experience.
• Expert working knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator; and other relevant software packages.
• Strong time management, organizational and documentation skills.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
• A deep understanding of games, game design and user experience.
• Self-motivated, proactive and detail-oriented.
• Demonstrates creativity, passion and independence.
• Demonstrates experience in concept and specification writing.
• Proficient in MS Excel and MS Word and fast typing skills.
• Ability to work in fast and agile environment facing multiple teams and projects.
• Demonstrate a deep understanding of game/design industries.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Candidates with less experience may be considered as an Artist.
