Duties & responsibilities

• Prepare full set of Materials, FF & E Specifications, all necessary specifications, material boards, costs estimation and procurement from concept generation, schematic designs through to tendering and installation
• Assist team to complete tasks
• Liaison and coordination with clients / consultants / vendors
• Develop necessary art proposal required for the project
• Awareness and explore global design trends and FF&E supplies and materials
• File management and administration work

Requirements

• Degree/ Diploma Holder
• Minimum 3 years solid experience in interior design projects
• Relevant experience in hospitality design will be an advantage
• Strong presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese, and spoken Putonghua
• Capable of preparing full set of FF & E Specification, procurement procedures and costs estimation
• Extensive knowledge in furniture, fittings, artworks, lightings, ironmongeries, hotel supplies, sanitary wares and interior finishes
• Familiarity and knowledge of interior / architectural materials and furnishings and, its application in design projects
• Capable of developing design concepts and space planning
• Require travelling overseas
• Proficient in Photoshop, Microsoft Office and PowerPoint
• Knowledge in AutoCAD, Sketchup and 3D Max is preferred
• Willing to work overtime
