Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for developing shop drawings and detailed drawings for renovation and fitting out project
• Liaise with contractors and consultants for design / detailing issues
• To communicate and liaise with site supervisors, project managers, project designers and clients to ensure all technical drawings are produced and filed up to the requirement  
• Assist and support the project team to meet schedules of multiple projects including site supervision and work programming

Job Requirements

• Minimum 2-3 years experiences as Draftsman in building / fitting-out work or construction field
• Diploma in Interior Design
• Practical skills in AutoCAD,3D max on fitting-out and renovation projects is a must
• Good computer knowledge in Sketchup is preferable
• Good organization and problem solving skills
• Self-motivated, independent and initiative
• Immediate availability is preferred
