Job Description

Summary

Reporting to Regional Director, you will have regional oversight for the execution and implementation of HQ VM guidelines, and local adaptation to best fit the commercial needs of the markets.

How you will contribute

• Liaise between HQ and local APAC markets on all visual merchandising matters
• Manage roll out of VM guidelines across APAC markets, through implementation and maintenance of store displays and merchandising to best follow HQ guidelines, with local adaptation to best fit local needs
• Consolidate ordering of appropriate display materials / event kits for the region, with strong collaboration with local markets on needs
• Liaise and coordinate ordering and replenishment of other retail tools for in-store visit journey excellence
• Allocate order deliveries for APAC markets for respective market logistics handling and budget & recharge management
• Train, guide, support and challenge local commercial teams for visual merchandising strategy and standards
• Conduct ongoing training of boutique managers and SA in visual merchandising standards, and reporting procedures
• Set up good communications (and methods) between boutique manager and SA for daily VM implementation and monitoring
• Collaborate with Regional Merchandising Manager for best product zoning and optimization of store density by market by store
• Manage new product launch VM implementation and reporting
• Manage change of advertising campaign visuals in store with collaboration with regional Communications Manager
• Participate actively in store openings, in-store events and other brand events
• Support local teams for VM reports preparation
• Conduct research of competitors’ display campaigns for quarterly report

Who you are

• University graduation with good English and Chinese written and spoken skills (Mandarin is a must)
• 3-5 years VM experience, ideally in Watch & Jewellery / Fashion / Luxury fields
• Strong communications skills (internal and external)
• Ability to share skills and know-how
• Good organizational skill
• A problem solver
• Ability to challenge co-workers in constructive manners, and ability to challenge self-performances
• Detail-minded and objective-oriented
• Candidates with more experience can be considered as Regional Visual Merchandising Manager
