Responsibilities

• Develop the online eCommerce Business with the Company development roadmap
• Collaborate with Buying and Marketing team to execute the promotional mechanics and eCommerce initiatives for generating lead & traffic, engagement rate, social KPIs etc.
• Implement eCommerce strategies to drive sales, margins & other income
• Explore and line up with other eCommerce channels or portal to drive traffic, conversion and build a strong affiliate network
• Work closely with IT team and external agencies to deliver strong UI/UX (including Omni-channel) and content management for creating personalized customer journeys
• Utilize web analytics tools to review the eCommerce performance and maximize the ROI of all promotion activities, SEO and SEM 

Requirements

• University graduate in eCommerce, Marketing or other business related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years relevant experience in eCommerce with at least 2 years at supervisory level
• Solid exposure in retail environment or customer electronics industry is an advantage
• Familiar with e-commerce/digital environment and trends, with proven track record in designing and implementing online programs
• Strong understanding of SEO/SEM, UX/UI and web analytics tools
• Proactive team player with strategic and analytical thinking
• Sales driven person with commercial edges
• Attentive to details, results-oriented and able to cope with fast-paced working environment
• Good command of English & Chinese with strong communication and problem solving skills
