Job Summary: 

The Product Manager will be part of the product team working closely with all internal stakeholders as well as analyzing external user behavioural data in order to determine feature implementation priority as well as finalizing the product specifications when writing user stories that go into upcoming sprints. You'll also work closely with engineers and UI/UX designers in order to finalize the best solution for each of the user story.

You will have a chance to voice our your findings in PM meetings with fellow PMs that can ultimately affect our quarterly roadmaps! 

Your Responsibility as a Product Manager: 

• Competitor Research: Perform market research and competitor analysis to benchmark product features
• Up to Date: Understand existing/ available technology in the industry to keep our product features up to standard and trend
• User Stories: Prepare user stories and accompanying user workflows, sketches or necessary sample data to fully demonstrate your idea
• UX Design: Conduct usability testing and user interviews to define problem statements, test solution/ product idea feasibility for valuable feedbacks. 
• Data Analysis: Review and analyze user behaviour data to determine product adoption as well as usage 
• UI Design: Work closely with designers to bring an idea towards a high-fidelity pixel-perfect mockup ready for development
• Engineering: Work closely with engineers to resolve any technical challenge
• User Acceptance: Be the gatekeeper when it comes to quality deliverables

As a Product Team Member: 

• Be a team player in the product team to help shape and deliver strategy
• Be aware of company goals and each squad's responsibility to define a meaningful roadmap
• Be aware of company branding to ensure a coherent product line

As a Leader in your Squad: 

• Be the natural leader of your squad to drive performance
• Be a responsible scrum team member to help refine culture and process
• Be familiar with the squad's velocity to accurately/ responsibly plan for upcoming sprints

Technically Speaking You Should Have:

• Bachelor’s degree
• 1-3 years of experience in product management (technology start-up experience is highly preferable)
• Demonstrated track record of success across a wide spectrum of product development projects and for a product and/or program launches
• Outstanding follow-through, self-starting attitude, time management, and project management skills to deliver results
• Strong technical and analytical skills
• Strong aptitude for determining the optimal way to position products in the market
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
• Experience coordinating multiple, time-sensitive projects and activities simultaneously
• Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English both conversationally and in writing
