Responsibilities:

• Check and record all requests received in the web enquiries mailbox
• Monitor and ensure smooth logistics flow of eShop and all website activities
• Maintain customer information database
• Prepare goods (packing) and manage online order
• Assist in order processing, documentation and delivery
• Coordinating between warehouse, marketing & external teams to ensure smooth store operations
• Assist in ad-hoc duties as required

Requirements:

• Form 6 or above
• 1-2 years’ experience relevant experience, preferably in retail industry
• Multi-tasking team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Independent and able to cope with fast-paced working environment
• Fresh Graduate with a good attitude will be first considered
