Responsibilities:

• Develop new digital channels and businesses. Acquire strategic business partners and customers to expand the current business scope
• Manage customer relationship, understand customer needs and support services and product innovation
• Enhance customer satisfaction and business relationship.
• Devise marketing and promotion campaigns to acquire new customers
• Ad hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Creative Media, Marketing or related field
• Minimum 5-year experience in payment business / banking / e-finance / fin-tech / e-commerce is preferred
• Experience in serving senior management of large corporate clients to foster long-term and strong business relationship
• Knowledge in digital banking business development and trend
• Self-motivated, sociable and outgoing, detailed minded and good team player
• Strong marketing, negotiation, project management, presentation and leadership skills
• Fluency in spoken and written English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
