Responsibilities: 

• E-commerce website order fulfillment and follow up;
• Handle customer enquiries from various channels;
• Assist in promotion programs using various online marketing channels to acquire new customers and nurture customer loyalty;
• Assist manager to develop new business model or O2O platform to drive on-line sales;
• Conduct market research with analysis;
• Provide support to the department’s daily operation and handle ad-hoc projects. 

Requirement:

• Diploma or above in business, communications or related subjects;
• At least 1 year related hands-on experience of e-commerce, customer service or marketing preferred;
• Attentive to details, self-starter with positive attitude, customer-oriented mindset is a must;
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese;
• Proficiency in PC knowledge (Microsoft), Chinese Word Processing and Photoshop;
• Immediate availability is preferred.
