Position Summary:

The eSports Academy Program Manager provides vision, leadership, and sound management to ensure academic programs offer interesting and meaningful learning environments to a diverse student population. This role collaborates with various partners ranging from corporates, Primary and Secondary schools, NGO and our own eSport avenue, to ensure excellence in instructional delivery and program continuity.

Responsibility

• Communicates and work with eSports program instructors and coaches for course layout and lesson plan to ensure students and course needs are met according to program requirements;
• Provides and assist learning resources and teaching materials, video script and business proposal good level of copywriting is essential.
• Strong leadership to work with staff and partners with different cultural background
• Proactive, strategic, high integrity, open-minded and adaptable are expected
• Project a professional image to school supervisor, parents, technical corporation to present our product and services
• Handle administrative and paper work for student enrolment, quotation and rostering if needed

Requirements

• Excellent copywriting and Oral presentation skills in both Chinese and English
• Good administration skills for handling paper works and documents from NGO, government bodies and corporates.
• Degree or above in related to Education, Journalism / Communication, with 5 years working experience.
• Develop and manage program deadlines, budgets, activities, and evaluation
• Interest to work in eSports Education field and experience with exploring in primary and secondary school, international school are welcome
• Previous experience from Publisher, School, media firm will be an advantage.
• Knowledge of eSports games will be an advantage but not a must
• Quick learner, passion in emerging market
• Initiate, plan, organize and manage a seminar program which targets at Schools, NGO, online media and sponsors
• Good command in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Communicates effectively, both orally and in writing
• Prepare proposals in both Chinese and English
• Candidate with less experience will be considered for junior position
