Responsibilities:

l   Lead a team of senior technician/technicians to deliver quality services for the portfolio;

l   Develop & execute full preventive and routine maintenance schedule of the E&M facilities and equipments;

l   Coordinate emergency maintenance actions when required;

l   Monitor contractors’ E&M installation & repair works, building repair, renovation, fitting-out and alteration works; and

l   Oversee vendor’s contract performance and working progress etc.

Requirements:

l   Higher Diploma/Certificate in Building Services, Electrical, Mechanical or related discipline;

l   Possession of Registered Electrical Worker (Class A or above) is definitely an advantage;

l   Minimum 5 years’ experience in engineering field of hotel/commercial/residential building or houses facilities, especially HVAC maintenance preferred;

l   Sound knowledge in operation and maintenance, renovation practices and related local ordinances and regulation etc.

l   Have a good command of computer usage and knowledge of Auto-CAD drawing is definitely an advantage;

l   Progress, monthly or incident report writing etc.

l   Possess good communication, including supervisory skills and interpersonal skills;

l   Responsible, self-motivated, hardworking individual with initiative & able to work independently
