Clinical Division

The appointee is expected to assist in overseeing the IT related matters of the Clinical Division. The major responsibilities are:

• to work closely with the vendors for the system development of the Clinic Management System, such as system evaluation, design, enhancement, etc.;
• to maintain the Division’s website, IT network, servers security and other application systems;
• to provide technical assessment, recommendations and solutions according to user’s requests and inquiries;
• to prepare and review system and operations documentations; and
• to perform any other duties as assigned. 

Requirements:

• A good Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related discipline;
• At least six years of relevant experience with knowledge in web-based application development;
• Well-versed in HTML, Java, SQL programming with practical knowledge in mobile application developments;
• Hands on experience with application servers;
• Good work initiative and ability to work both independently and in a team;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, good analytical and problem-solving abilities;
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua); and
• Knowledge with Chinese medicine clinic operations would be an advantage.
