Job Duties:

• Overall aim is to assist our senior management in the development of projects, coordinating of upcoming and ongoing projects in our project management team
• Coordination & monitoring works and records with regional offices in Australia, Philippines and Indonesia
• Maintaining the records of technical drawings, documentation and filings
• Assisting with the planning, engineering, design and coordination of the gas field development projects
• Assisting with the administration & coordination the procurement for engineering and construction materials, equipment, plant and consumables from sourcing to shipment
• Ad hoc requirements
  
  

  Qualification Requirements:

• Certificate / Diploma / Degree holder or equivalent of relevant disciplines preferably with min 2-3 years of working experience;           
• Related working experience is preferable
• Able to communicate in good written & spoken English & Chinese;                                              
• Be conversant with all such common applications of software as MS Office, MS Project, AutoCAD, Chinese Word Processing, etc.
