Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a multidisciplinary team responsible for product design and development
• Project management from concept design to production stage
• Engineering support and technology sourcing
• Using 3D print to build prototype
• Team development and individual performance evaluation
• Vendor relationship management and production process management
• Design process tracking/documentation and contribution to product regulatory process

 

Requirements:

• Higher diploma or above in Mechanical Engineering, Product Design or related disciplines
• At least 3-5 years or above of relevant working experience, preferably gained from product development or manufacturing environment
• Experience/knowledge in plastic and metal part design for consumer electronics/electrical appliances is an advantage
• A team player with excellent communication, time management and organisational skills
• Proficiency in 3D drawing and graphics software (Solidworks, Illustrator, etc) is a plus
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, and able to communicate in Mandarin
