We are seeking for Pro-active, Good team spirit, Responsible, Friendly, Helpful, Hardworking, Passionate kitchen captain. 

Responsibilities :

• Assist the manager in handling matters and supervising staff work
• Arranging and assigning kitchen work
• Providing on-job-training for Kitchen trainer
• Ensure the all Kitchen operation are met company standards
• Ensure standards and product quality are met through guest interaction
• Ensure a clean and hygienic of Kitchen
• Cook menu items in cooperation with the kitchen staff
• Perform day to day smooth operation of Kitchen

Working hours :

• 1 day off per week
• 10 hours per a day

Location & Business hours :

• Mong Kok / Causeway Bay   12:00nn ~ 24:00mn

Salary :

• 18,000HKD up / month

Requirements :

• Eligible to work in Hong Kong
• Requirements 5 years or more experiences in cooking
• Can speak English (Cantonese an advantage)
• Knowledge in food production, cooking skills and hygiene manage
• Good Interpersonal and communication skills
• Active, Good working attitude, Good team spirit, Responsible
• Available on weekends and public holidays
