To assist the Operations Manager to perform all food and beverage service functions at our corporate canteen in order to maintain good services to our client.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain a smooth running of the corporate canteen operations in accordance with the pre-developed policies and procedures.
• Ensure high quality standard of food and services and hygiene of the canteen.
• Control inventory stock at a reasonable level and the cost of food and expenses to meet the maximum profit.
• Communicate with the Head Chef of the canteen to develop new ideas in order to improve the quality of food.

Requirements:

• Higher Certificate or Diploma in Hotel & Catering Management or related discipline.
• At least 8 years experience and at least 3 years in supervisory level in B&I, preferable in fast food or corporate canteen.
• Experience in menu planning and good interpersonal and communication skill.
• Good command in both English and Chinese.
