Responsibilities:

To assist Chef de partie and Head Chef in day-to-day food preparation and maintain the smooth operation and ensure the high standard of food quality and hygiene in kitchen.

Working Location: Central Kitchen (Chai Wan) / Restaurant (Tsim Sha Tusi)

Requirements:

• 1-3 years’ relevant culinary experience in western kitchen
• Graduated in Vocational Training of Western Cuisine is also welcomed
• Pre-opening experience is an strong advantage
• Candidate with more experience in western cuisine will be considered as Senior Cook
