Job Description:

• Ensures to deliver world-class service and timely resolution of any issues facing the new and existing merchant partners;
• Build trust and relationships with merchant partners by handling inquiries and requests for support in a timely and effective fashion;
• Work closely with the sales and city teams to ensure merchants are launched in a timely manner by setting up their menus and providing training to merchant partners to ensure excellent in-store customer experiences;
• Ensures that the network is operating smoothly by troubleshooting device related technical issues and manage real-time fulfilment of demand while ensuring a superior customer and merchant experience;
• Working cross-functionally to drive process improvement.

Job Requirement:

• Bachelor's Degree
• Minimum 2 years' relevant experience in F&B or Retail industry
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Good Knowledge of Google Sheets & Excel
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Cantonese
