Experience Officer (X.O.)

As an XO your primary responsibility is to ensure a delightful experience for each of our guests. This will require you to maintain the prompt responses to all guest inquiries/requests via our various communication channels, high level of courtesy and friendliness, and orderliness of the premise. You will learn to use our custom operating system and also be fulfilling booking requests and guest preferences.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- To provide customer service support to customers via phone and email in a timely manner
- Deliver quality and professional customer services by providing accurate and sufficient information to customers in a professional and polite manner at all times
- To handle daily customer enquiries and resolve customer concerns /complaints  via calls, emails and live chat platforms (including Facebook / Instagram / Whatsapp/ OTA)
- Follow up customers’ comments on OTA and Social Media. Ensure customer queries and feedback are quickly and effectively resolved with courtesy
- Cooperate with Operation team members to ensure timely resolution of customer requests and issues
- Be well informed with the most updated operation & Sales Policies
- Handle Refund and Return Issue
- Maintain good customer relationships by replying and sending messages on OTA and Social Media

REQUIREMENTS
- Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Customer service oriented, responsible, cooperative, helpful, independent and with strong initiative
- Willing to work on shift
- Experience in Customer service is a plus
