Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist to supervise the Guest Relations team to enhance the overall guest service experience with thorough coverage of service occasions
• Project a professional and welcoming image of the hotel
• Assist to cultivate a warm and hospitable guest relationship
• Deliver the highest level of personalized service to VIP’s and repeat guests priority

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Hospitality related disciplines
• 5 years’ experience in front office position of hospitality industry is preferable
• Pleasant personality, customer-oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of English, Cantonese, Mandarin any other language (Japanese) would be an asset
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Guest Relations Supervisor
