Our client is a renowned Japanese restaurant, they are seeking a high caliber as the Manager of ASEAN area for their franchise department.

 

Responsibilities:-

• Assist the management of franchise restaurants in Asia
• Site visit and provide guidance on QSC (quality, service and cleanliness)
• Meeting with Regional Franchising Manager and franchisees
• Work in one of the restaurants in Hong Kong as part of the on-the-job training
• Chance to allocate to other departments based on the training performance

 

Requirements:-

• Based in Hong Kong
• Business English skills
• Restaurant management skill is a must
• Experience in managing individual or chain restaurants
• Knowledge about franchise system is an advantage
