Job Description

 Roles and Responsibilities

  • Work together with the team, responsible of the Front-of-house team
  • Follow-up and keep service training via Ryota Kappou Modern style 
  • Work with General Manager / Assistant General Manager
  • Report to General Manager / Assistant General Manager
  • Attend required meeting 
  • Work overtime and extra day, upon necessary
  • Responsible of all events, parties organize and guest's relations  
  • Work closely with General Manager / Assistant General Manager and the team , make sure service up to standard of Ryota Kappou Modern
  • Work on the floor, along with Ryota Kappou Modern service style
  • In-charge of FOH duties and allocation  
  • Necessary work upon company needs 

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years’ relevant experiences
  • Good in leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Independent and self-motivated
