• High Diploma in education level
• 13 - 15 years’ relevant experience in kitchen operations
• Good leadership and management skills
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Possess business sense to drive and cater to the business need of the restaurant
• Good command in both spoken and written English & Chinese (Mandarin)
• Ability to adapt to change and flexible in all aspects
