Assistant Sous Chef of Central Kitchen must have skills to run kitchen for everyday operations.

Responsibilities :

• Responsible for kitchens daily preparation and production
• Responsible for food preparation / cooking
• Maintain the stock control of food and materials for daily usage
• Ensure all ingredients are ready for daily kitchen operation
• Ensure the food quality, food safety and hygiene standard to be in line with company’s requirements

Requirements:

1. Secondary educated or above
2. Minimum 5 years related working experience in food and beverage is required with restaurant operations and Central Kitchen
3. Work experience in Korean kitchen is added plus,
4. Independent and responsible, communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese
6. Able to multi tasks and work under time constraints.
7. Working location - Kwai Chung
