Responsibilities:

• Operates equipment including, but not limited to air-condition, boiler plant, and pumps, fire service equipment.
• Responsible for receiving, recording and performing repair & maintenance work, function orders and makes necessary priorities.
• Keep Technical Supervisor informed of progress, reports, functions and complaints without delay.

• F.3 or above
• Holder of Electricity License A and Safety Card
• Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience
• Good job knowledge on E&M maintenance, operation, installations and trouble shouting of the building services systems in service industrial, preferably in hotel, service apartment or hospital.
