We’re looking for exceptional individuals to join our friendly and professional team for the opening of our brand new Plum and Plum Black shop. You willl be a positive, self-assured person with a really approachable manner.

Job Responsibilities: 

• Maintain the daily operation of the shop in accordance with management standards and procedures ensuring courteous and efficient service to the customers;
• Ensure the achievement of departmental targets, namely, financial, customer satisfactory and staff development;
• Responsible for implement new strategies to maximize potential growth, revenues and profitability of the shop;
• Monitor and control the resources to minimize costs and expenses;
• Provide training and lead the team to consistently deliver quality service to customers;
• Work closely with strategy and operations team to ensure the preparation, presentation and service of food products are up to the highest quality at all time;
• Sustain the Plum services standard and its standard of food safety and personal hygiene within the team.

Job Requirements: 

• Minimum 2+ years working experience in similar capacity;
• Focused in business opportunities and strong leadership and interpersonal skills, detailed service and customer driven;
• Well organized, detail-oriented, professional, and a self-motivated team-player with excellent interpersonal skills;
• Good command in both English and Chinese, proficiency in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
