Responsibilities:

• First level end user support for IT issue

• Active Directory and Group Policy administration

• File Server & Sharepoint user security administration

• Manage staff and user credentials and frameworks

• Manage computers hardware & system image deployment

• Monitor scheduled jobs such as backup

• Troubleshoot technical issues

• Coordinate and provide support for Infrastructure

• Ensure systems are secure and protected from breach or viruses

Requirements:

• Diploma holder and above in IT related disciplines

• 1 - 2 years of relevant experience in IT infrastructure

• Solid technical experience in Windows environment

• Hands-on experience in Windows servers & basic networking

• Certificates holders of MCSE/MCITP/CCNA would be advantage

• Good command of Chinese and English

• Immediately available is highly preferred
