Job Duties

•       Provide on-site service of server hardware installation, maintenance, support  service (including but not restricted problem fixing and signal diagnostic).
•       Installation of the server infrastructure and the operation system.
•       Maintain the environment and the system stability. 
•       Provide admin support and customer service.

  Requirements

1.        Willing to work on shift duty and public holidays.
2.       Knowledge of various platform.
3.       Basic knowledge on server hardware, system, software applications and backup/restore solution.
4.       Experience with Remote Desktop and remote support application.
5.       Ability to speak effectively with both non-technical end-users as well as IT professionals.
6.       Logical thinking and good problem solver.
7.       Familiar with the following platforms/systems: LAN & WAN, telephony Systems and Network Monitoring.
8.       Self-initiated to deliver excellent services with helpful attitude.
9.       Experienced in component sourcing and purchasing for server setting.
