Job description:

We are looking for a Senior System Engineer who will provide technical support to our clients and our internal development teams.

 The successful candidate will:

• Provide day-to-day maintenance and technical support for company-wide network infrastructures
• Perform evaluation, installation, configuration, administration and troubleshooting of resources including OS, hardware & software
• Windows, Linux, Virtualization,System & Data Security support.
• Provide telephone, email and onsite installation & technical support to our clients and internal development team
• Work on assignments in areas such as cloud, tool evaluation, product testing and POC
• Provide on-site support for network incidents during non-office hours
• Prepare technical documentation & User Manual

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree holders or above in IT related disciplines
• 2-3 years Hands-on experience in web infrastructure, network security, database management, LANs and server operation of a medium to mid-to-large size IT infrastructure
• Familiar with Windows/Linux/UNIX an advantage
• Knowledge in cloud admin support and holder of AWS, Azure, or private cloud certification is a definite advantage.
• Knowledge in virtualization technology such is Hyper-V, VMware, Cloud, Containerization is preferred
• Lesser experience would be considered as System Engineer/IT Support

 The following qualifications are preferable but not a must:

• Microsoft Certified System Engineer (MCSE) or Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP)
• Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP)
• Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)
• Cloud Computing Certification
