Job Purpose:

To ensure appropriate and sufficient testing is conducted for quality assurance for the user story deliverables.

Essential Functions:

- Gather automation requirements, design automated tests, troubleshoot issues and implement scalabletest automation;

- Lead and/or participate in testing of high complexity to ensure that software meets end-user requirements, design and development standards;

- Translate user stories to test plan and test cases;

- Prepare test scripts for functional, system, integration and user acceptance tests;

- Execute testing using both manual and automated testing methods;

- Build and maintain the test automation framework and tools and monitoring the tools.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s Degree in computer science or related disciplines;

- 5+ of relevant professional experience

- Solid knowledge in quality assurance and testing disciplines along with experience in all stages of testing (Functional, System, Integration, and User Acceptance)

- Experience in execution of testing using both Manual and Automated testing Methods

- Experience in pension or unit trust business is an advantage

- Experience in translating user stories to test plan and test cases is an advantage

- Experience in scrum team is preferred

- Strong verbal and written communications.

- Have a driving entrepreneurial spirit and comfortable working within a rapidly changing startup environment

- Good communication skills including spoken & written English and Chinese

- Collaborate with and demonstrate empathy and generosity towards business stakeholders, technical team stakeholders to uncover pain points and opportunities to deliver new business value through software

- Be curious to understand the fundamentals of retirement business and financial services in support our service and product offerings

- Self-starter, team player and attentive to details

- Be passionate in new technologies
